LAUNCH OF NEW STANDARD BUILDINGS CONSTRUCTION

Part of the Tanger Automotive City 2 (TAC 2) expansion projects, the new standard buildings will meet customers’ technical needs, combining efficiency and cost optimization, while complying with international safety standards.

The project covers an area of 21,100 m2, including 2.11 Ha and is estimated at 93.7 million MAD in terms of investment, it is established in the form of 12 modules of an average size of around 1600 m2.

The first phase is scheduled for launch between August and September 2023, while the second phase will be operational between October and November of the same year.

Primarily dedicated to operators in the automotive sector, this extension offers buildings for medium and long-term rental (generally 3-9 years). In line with this, Tanger Med Zones, the agent operating this zone, offers additional support services to facilitate the
integration of customers into the local ecosystem, including the One-Stop-Shop platform to facilitate administrative procedures for setting up.
