After two years of hard work, LYMED students have passed the written entrance exams to France’s prestigious Engineering Schools with flying colors. Once again this year, the candidates distinguished themselves, confirming the school’s academic excellence.

Out of a total of 48 candidates, 3 are eligible for ENS Paris-Saclay and Rennes, 6 for École Polytechnique, 24 for École Mines-Ponts, and 38 for École Centrale. In addition, all preparatory students were declared eligible for admission to the national polytechnic institutes.

These outstanding results highlight the potential of the northern region as a source of academic excellence. Of the 8 students from this region, 1 is eligible for the ENS, 3 for the École Polytechnique, 6 for the Mines-Ponts competitive entrance exams, and all have passed the first selection phase for CentraleSupélec.

The results of the 2023 exam also confirm the success of LYMED’s social mission, with 9 students from disadvantaged backgrounds in this second class. Of these, 3 students are eligible for École Polytechnique, 3 for Mines-Points, and 6 for CentraleSupélec.

These results confirm LYMED’s commitment to offering equal opportunities to all its students, regardless of their socio-economic background.

The candidates can be proud of how far they have come thanks to their sustained efforts over the past two years. There’s just one last hurdle to clear: the oral interviews, which will determine their final admission to these prestigious institutions.
