KHADIJA ANINY: 1ST FEMALE GANTRY CRANE OPERATOR

Khadija ANINY became Marsa Maroc’s first female port gantry crane operator at the port of Casablanca after holding several positions within the company.

Khadija was confirmed as a port gantry operator after passing an internal competitive exam and specific training tests.

Her career path is a testament to her openness to a new culture, encouraging initiative and adaptability, while promoting diversity and equal opportunity in line with Marsa Maroc’s CSR strategy.
