THE SFC SOLUTIONS INDUSTRIAL UNIT TO BE DELIVERED SOON TO TANGER AUTOMOTIVE CITY

The first industrial unit dedicated to SFC Solutions, with a covered area of 28 000 m², will be delivered in the last quarter of 2025. Designed for the production of sealing systems, fluid transfer systems, and rubber components, it incorporates a planned expandability of 10 500 m² and a wide range of technical process networks for controlled ramp-up.

The metal structure was designed to allow for extensive installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof, enhancing the site’s energy efficiency and confirming the attractiveness of the TAC Zone for industrial projects with high technical and environmental requirements.
