THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE “SOCIÉTÉ D’AMÉNAGEMENT TANGER TECH” (SATT) SETS THE COURSE FOR THE 2023 -2027 PERIOD

At the Board of Directors meeting for Tanger Tech Development Company, held on Tuesday February 21, 2023, at the headquarters of Tanger Med Special Agency, the Chairman of Tanger Med Group, Mr. Fouad Brini, met with the President of the Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima Regional Council, Mr. Omar Moro, the President of Foreign Trade Bank of Morocco for Africa Group and the President of Tanger Tech Development Company, Mr. Othman Benjelloun, as well as representatives of China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) and China Road & Bridge Corporation-Morocco (CRBC).

The meeting was an opportunity to adopt resolutions on organizational aspects pertaining to the completion of SATT’s governance scheme. The meeting was devoted to discussing a range of strategic issues for the Royal Mohammed VI Tanger Tech site, including the company’s business plan covering the 2023-2027 period, which was reviewed and approved, as well as commercial guidelines.

In this same context of developing Chinese-Moroccan relations, agreements were also signed. Three main themes were defined: prioritizing investment drainage, marketing the area in China, and the contribution of partners involved in basic development.
