TETOUAN SHORE: RENAULT TECHNOLOGIE MAROC TO DEVELOP AN ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE DIVISION

Renault Technologie Maroc (RTMA), the Renault Group’s engineering center dedicated to Research & Development, is moving to Tétouan Shore (TOS) as part of a new strategy to strengthen the Group’s technological presence in Morocco.

Its mission: to lead the renewal and development of vehicles for the Group and its plants in Morocco, while exploring new opportunities in the field of innovative technologies (“New Tech”).

This project is part of a clear commitment to positioning Morocco as a center of excellence in engineering and strategic skills, serving the Group’s other engineering centers and industrial sites worldwide.

Renault Technologie Maroc will operate at two neighboring sites:

• A headquarters at Tétouan Shore (TOS), to house technological activities and create a skills hub dedicated to the technologies of tomorrow
• A center integrated into the Tanger Renault Group plant, directly linked to industrial operations, to promote proximity to production units and reinforce synergies between engineering and manufacturing

This initiative illustrates Morocco’s growing importance in the automotive value chain, as a land of innovation, talent, and technical expertise.
