TE CONNECTIVITY LAUNCHES 4TH FACTORY

TE Connectivity, a world leader in connectors and sensors, has established a new facility on its Tanger Med Industrial Platform campus to reinforce its manufacturing capabilities in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The plant will produce electrical components to meet customer needs in rapidly evolving industrial markets, such as electric vehicles, factory automation, battery and energy storage systems, and lighting.

Located at Tanger Med Industrial Platform, this is the Group’s 4th facility at the Industrial Platform, covering an area of 20 000 square meters. It will offer a wide range of capabilities, including molding, overmolding, assembly, design engineering, and project management. At the cutting edge of technology, the site will play a central role in the manufacture of essential components for key product lines that enable the connection, identification, and tracking of electrical components in industrial markets.
