PORT OF AGADIR: MARSA MAROC INCREASES ITS PARTICIPATION

On July 8, 2024, Marsa Maroc announced that it had strengthened its participation in Société de Manutention d’Agadir, in which it now holds 100% of the capital, against 51% previously.

This operation is part of Marsa Maroc’s strategy to improve its competitiveness and to offer ever more efficient services to economic operators. By taking total control of the Agadir Handling Company, Marsa Maroc intends to generate operational synergies with the other multi-purpose terminal that it also manages at the port of Agadir, in order to improve the quality of its services for its customers.
