PARTICIPATION OF THE SAILING SCHOOL IN M’DIQ INTERNATIONAL NAUTICAL WEEK (SNIM)

The Dalia Nautical Sports Association, through its sailing school, participated exceptionally in the M’diq International Nautical Week (SNIM), which took place from July 16-21, 2024. This 20th edition brought together Moroccan clubs as well as international teams from Italy, Egypt, Spain, and the United Arab Emirates. The competition was supervised by a jury and a race committee recognized by ISAF, coming from various countries.

The Dalia team, consisting of 9 athletes in the Optimist series and one in ILCA 4, performed at an excellent level. After three days of intense racing, the young sailors distinguished themselves by winning the first places in the Optimist category, both for boys and girls.

Among the 40 participants, Ouafi Yassine brilliantly took first place among the boys, while Wiam Dawdawi triumphed among the girls, underlining the promising talent of the team members.
