PARTICIPATION IN THE 23RD SESSION OF THE FRANCOPHONE INSTITUTE OF FINANCIAL REGULATION HOSTED BY AMMC IN RABAT

Tanger Med Group took part in the 23rd session of the Francophone Institute for Financial Regulation (IFREFI), held in Rabat on July 1–2, 2025, under the aegis of the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC).

This high-level event brought together French-speaking regulators, international financial institutions, and economic development experts to discuss a strategic issue: infrastructure financing and the role of capital markets in the transformation of emerging economies.

On this occasion, Ms. Loubna Ghaleb, Board Member in charge of Strategy and Development at Tanger Med Group, spoke during the session dedicated to “Infrastructure financing: a challenge for development and competitiveness”.

Her speech highlighted Tanger Med Group’s integrated approach to the development of port, industrial, and logistics infrastructure, as well as the levers for mobilizing private and public capital for structuring projects. She also emphasized the importance of a stable regulatory framework and innovative financial tools to accelerate sustainable investment on the African continent.
