NEW SERVICES IN THE PORT COMMUNITY SYSTEM: EVOLUTION OF THE ONLINE DECLARATION SERVICE FOR CONTAINER FLOW DUTIES

As part of the ongoing development of Tanger Med’s Port Community System digital services, several improvements have been made to the container freight declaration service.

These improvements aim to make the user experience simpler, faster, and more intuitive: the interface has been optimized to offer smoother navigation, and features have been enhanced to provide greater flexibility and automated controls.

At the same time, updates to direct exchanges with business systems, which are the source of the basic data processed by this department, were also considered as part of this development.

This new version of the service meets the evolving needs of users and enables activities to be handled efficiently and optimally.
