NEW PRIVATE INVESTMENTS

In 2024, Tanger Med Industrial Platform attracted a total investment of 10.06 billion MAD and the creation of a cumulative 14,034 new jobs.

As for the zones developed by “Tanger Med Zones”, 95 new industrial projects representing a private investment of 3.63 billion MAD and creating 11,239 new jobs have been confirmed in 2024.

Among the major companies established: German automotive suppliers ZF, the world’s second-largest, specializing in advanced mobility solutions, and MUBEA, introducing the production of carbon fiber preforms. Romanian MP Industry, specialized in plastic injection, and American Gentherm, specializing in climate control and comfort products, also contribute to strengthening Morocco’s automotive ecosystem. French company Dachser will develop logistics services, particularly for the automotive sector.

Additionally, SFC Solutions, specializing in the production of sealing components, American APTIV, Japanese NSK, specialized in manufacturing steering system components, Turkish Standard Profil, and Spanish BAMESA, specialized in stamping and steel product distribution, have reinforced their presence through new industrial expansions.
