MARSA MAROC AT THE PORT OF SAFI TAKES PART IN WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY

On June 5th, 2024, Marsa Maroc took part in an event organized by the ANP to mark World Environment Day.

The Operations Department at the Port of Safi deployed its tug EL BORJ, equipped with pollution control equipment: a spray arm (with a capacity of 10 m³ of dispersant) and a Fire Fighting pump (FiFi) with a capacity of 700 m³/h.

That same day saw the 1st meeting of the Committee of Major Port Operators (GOP) of the Port of Safi. This committee brings together all the major operators and the authorities, and is tasked with discussing matters relating to the smooth running of the port (performance, safety, environment, etc.).
