LAUNCH OF THE PLATFORM ZONES COMMUNITY SYSTEM

As part of Tanger Med Group’s digital roadmap, the Zones Community System (ZCS) has been launched at Tanger Med Zones. It’s an innovative platform designed as a digital one-stop shop. Developed inhouse by the department of Information Systems Organization Management’s IT teams, this solution centralizes all existing systems, including:

• e-ONE, for authorization management;
• Gate Access, for badge and sticker management.

The Zones Community System marks a major step forward in the digitization of TMZ’s services. Planned developments include:

• Centralization of all current and future platforms in a single, coherent system.
• The development of a global reporting system, offering a consolidated view of data and improved decision-making.
• The implementation of an integrated solution for faster, more efficient processing of requests.

This new platform meets the objectives of improving operational efficiency, enhancing process visibility, and optimizing the user experience for Tanger Med Zones’ partners and customers.
