LAUNCH OF THE 4TH EDITION OF THE SCHOOL ASSISTANT TRAINING PROGRAM

In 2025, Tanger Med Foundation relaunched its training program for school assistants (AVS) and school social workers (AVSO) in partnership with the Children of Paradise Association and the Ministry of National Education.

This certification training program aims to equip caregivers with specific skills to assist children with disabilities and support individuals who are elderly or infirm, including those with neurological disorders.

In addition, the Foundation has introduced a second training cycle to fill existing gaps in the support provided to the elderly. By the end of the year, around 40 school and social support workers will have been trained, helping people in need to integrate more easily into their everyday lives.
