INSTALLATION OF ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS INTERNATIONAL MOROCCO

On May 17th, 2024, Electrical Components International Morocco celebrated the expansion of its new manufacturing plant and its tenth anniversary in Morocco at a ceremony attended by representatives of the Moroccan government and administration, as well as Mr. Mike Balsei, CEO of the ECI Group and Mr. Ahmed Bennis, Managing Director of Tanger Med Zones (TMZ).

With a total surface area of 20,000 m², Electrical Components International Morocco has decided to strengthen its local presence after a decade of successful operations in Tanger Med’s Industrial Platform.

The Electrical Components International Morocco expansion project required an investment of €2.2 million, in line with the latest industrial standards and production technologies. This expansion will enable us to reach a forecast annual production of 40 million parts, and create more than 500 new jobs.
