DOCKING A NEWLY-BUILT BULK CARRIER

On May 20th, 2024, the vessel SANTA VENERA, a bulk carrier delivered in March 2024 and sailing under the Maltese flag, docked at the Port of Safi. This was the third port of call for this ship equipped with the latest navigation technology, which has loaded more than 27 KT of fertilizer and feed in big bags for export. Passage through the mandatory pilotage zone and subsequent berthing were handled by pilots from the Port of Safi’s Operations Department.
