CLOSING OF THE SECOND ANNUAL “SMART PORT CHALLENGE 2022” HACKATHON

The second annual “Smart Port Challenge 2022” Hackathon, organized during the month of September by ANP and PortNet, in partnership with the World Alliance for Trade Facilitation and supported by Marsa Maroc, ended on Tuesday, September 27, 2022.

This competition attracted more than 150 participants from all over the world. It was organized under the theme “Smart Port Innovation,” and was open to experts, university researchers, businesses, and start-ups in order to provide relevant and innovative responses to the 4 challenges identified, namely sustainable development, performance, logistical fluidity, and trade facilitation.

This year, 46 teams presented projects that met the challenges of this 100% online competition during the final phase of the competition. The Smart Port Challenge 2022 ended with the announcement of four winning teams.
