CIRES TECHNOLOGIES WINS THE CAPTURE THE FLAG (CTF) AT THE REGIONAL CYBERSECURITY WEEK

Cires Technologies won the Capture The Flag (CTF) competition held last September as part of Regional Cybersecurity Week, which took place in Rabat under the aegis of the DGSSI (General Directorate for Information Systems Security). Invited alongside leading national teams, teams from Cires’ Cybersecurity division competed in the event, testifying to the strength of the skills mobilized in the service of critical infrastructure.

Designed as an immersive training ground, CTF has made it possible to develop and test, under realistic conditions, the entire spectrum of cybersecurity expertise: investigation, incident detection and response, exploitation and remediation, cryptanalysis, application security, and environment hardening. The event also promoted cooperation, teamwork, and the sharing of best practices among key players in the field, while raising awareness of emerging threats and the most innovative defense approaches.

At the end of the competition, Cires’ Cyber team was declared the winner. The trophy was presented by the Managing Director of DGSSI during an official ceremony attended by numerous national and international players. This award recognized the expertise of a talented, responsive team with extensive experience in the demands of 24/7 operations in highly critical ecosystems.
