CERTIFICATION OF THE IT SERVICES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT TANGER MED: A FIRST IN MOROCCO

TMPA has obtained ISO 20000 certification, the international benchmark standard for IT service management.

This certification confirms that digital services meet the highest standards in terms of quality, reliability, and compliance, thereby strengthening the ability to effectively support all customers and needs, both internally and externally.

This achievement takes on a special significance: according to the certification body Bureau Veritas, Tanger Med Port Authority is the first organization in the country to obtain ISO 20000 certification.
