CABO NEGRO COMMERCIAL ZONE: HYPERMARKET U: SCHEDULED TO OPEN IN SUMMER 2025

Construction work on the future Hypermarket U, located in the Cabo Negro commercial area, is progressing at a steady pace. Completion is scheduled for the end of May 2025, with a targeted summer opening.

The new retail space, with a covered area of 6,500 m², is expected to generate 350 direct jobs, strengthening the region’s service and employment offering.
