AFRICAN UNION COMMISSION VISITS TANGER MED INDUSTRIAL PLATFORM

As part of Tanger Med’s participation in a study initiated by the African Union Commission on the integration of SMEs into local economies in Africa, Tanger Med Zones welcomed a delegation of experts and consultants.

The aim was to gain a deeper understanding of how Tanger Med industrial platform supports entrepreneurship. This support represents a key success factor for international investors.

The benchmarking session included site visits to Tanger Automotive City, where they met with Indore International’s management team, and to Tetouan Park, a zone dedicated to entrepreneurial activities and light processing.

The visit was an ideal opportunity to provide the study with new orientations and best practices drawn from Tanger Med’s success as a manager and developer of industrial zones in the region.
