A HIGH-ENERGY CONFERENCE WITH THE ATHLETE HASSAN BARAKA

On Saturday February 25, 2023, LYMED organized a “Horizons” conference hosted by Hassan Baraka, the first Moroccan swimmer to complete the World Marathon and connect the five continents through swim.

During a highly interactive event, Hassan Baraka shared the keys to achieving excellence. He reminded the students that success depends first and foremost on a positive, resilient mindset, and backed up his words with examples of good practice in overcoming fears and moments of doubt.

The program was also supported by team challenges and workshops, the aim of which was to brainstorm ways to problem-solve together. With limited resources and only the strength of peer collaboration to draw on, the students pushed themselves to overcome the limiting thoughts that can hold them back and undermine their academic performance.
