AWARENESS ON FUTURE CAREERS FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL, HIGH SCHOOL, AND BACCALAUREATE STUDENTS IN THE FAHS ANJRA PROVINCE

On July 16, 2025, Tanger Med Foundation, in partnership with the City of Trades and Skills (CTS) in Tangier, an OFPPT institution focused on learning by doing, organized an awareness day for middle school, high school, and undergraduate students, as well as young people undergoing retraining in the Fahs Anjra province.

Around fifty young people from different municipalities in the province were on hand to take part in an orientation session dedicated to the opportunities offered by vocational training. On the agenda: presentation of the programs, information on how to register for CMC, and explanation of boarding school options for candidates coming from remote areas. The day allowed participants to explore possible career paths and gain a better understanding of local job opportunities.

A state-of-the-art facility, the City of Trades and Skills covers 12 hectares and is designed to meet the needs of the regional economy in terms of professional integration. It brings together nine professional clusters and offers more than 80 training courses. The infrastructure offers technical platforms, language centers, and spaces dedicated to entrepreneurship.
