TANGER MED’S PROGRESS IN IMPLEMENTING DIGITAL SOLUTIONS

In 2025, the Digital Transformation Department identified and formalized more than 28 use cases meeting the business needs of subsidiaries, internal departments at Tanger Med, and its ecosystem. Among them, three projects were selected for concrete development in partnership with UM6P’s Lab and students from 1337 MED campus.

The digital team led the selection of challenges, the formalization of use cases, and project management, while the partners developed the Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).

Thanks to an agile approach, solutions were delivered quickly, including a prediction solution produced in two months, based on eight years of data and achieving over 90% accuracy.

This successful pilot phase led to the project being extended to three external partners in the third quarter of 2025: an industrial company, a terminal operator, and an automobile manufacturer.

At the same time, around ten additional projects have been launched in the design and prototyping phase. They focused on optimizing industrial processes, improving user experience, automating logistics flows, predictive maintenance, energy sustainability, and leveraging operational data, confirming the momentum of industrializing high-impact digital solutions within Tanger Med’s ecosystem.
