FIRST INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSES COMMISSIONED WITHIN TANGER AUTOMOTIVE CITY

During the summer of 2025, the first phase of the TAC zone extension came into service, with nearly 18 000 m² of covered space divided into four modules. Each warehouse, which can reach up to 4 700 m², is designed for efficient operation thanks to dedicated equipment (dock levelers, fire protection systems, etc.) and offers outdoor facilities including parking lots and green spaces.

This commissioning confirms the attractiveness of the Tanger Automotive City zone, where leading manufacturers such as Renault, SF Trade, and Mingqing have already established themselves. The project includes two further phases, with final delivery scheduled for Q1 2026, in order to support capacity expansion and the rapid installation of new operators.
