LAUNCH OF OPERATIONS AT TERMINAL 1 OF THE PORT OF COTONOU

On October 8, 2024, Marsa Maroc teams marked a key milestone in their development by handling their very first vessel at Terminal 1 of the Port of Cotonou. This symbolic event is part of the delegated management of Terminals 1 and 5 of this strategic port, entrusted to Marsa Maroc by Bénin Manutentions S.A. in July 2024, following an international invitation to tender.

This new milestone testifies to Marsa Maroc’s expertise and commitment to supporting the modernization and optimization of port infrastructures in Benin. By working with Bénin Manutentions S.A., the goal is to enhance the attractiveness of the port of Cotonou, a veritable logistics hub in the West African region.
