THE FOUNDATION HAS LAUNCHED THE 2ND EDITION OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM FOR SUPPORT TEACHERS OF SPECIAL NEEDS STUDENTS (STSNS) IN

As part of its commitment to better inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities, Tanger Med Foundation renewed its partnership with the Enfants du Paradis Association and the Provincial Directorates of the Ministries of National Education and Health in Tangier in 2024. This partnership allowed the launch of the 3rd edition of the School Life Assistants (AVS) training program, dedicated to the inclusion and development of children with specific needs.

To celebrate the culmination of this initiative in favor of better social and academic inclusion, a certification ceremony took place on July 17th at the Association’s headquarters. The event was attended by the Tanger Med Foundation team, members of the Association Enfants du Paradis, and trainers from a variety of backgrounds, and honored the 16 graduates of the training program.

This initiative highlights the importance of AVS training to effectively support children with disabilities, thus promoting their integration into the school environment.
