THE MARHABA 2024 OPERATION SOLIDARITY EXHIBITION BY TANGER MED FOUNDATION

In partnership with the Cooperation Development Office (ODCO), Tanger Med Foundation organized a community exhibition as part of Operation Marhaba 2024, on the theme “The solidarity economy: a lever for development and social cohesion”. This initiative aimed to strengthen the Foundation’s commitment to the social economy and income-generating activities.

By organizing this solidarity market, Tanger Med Foundation wanted to capitalize on the significant flows of passengers transiting through Tanger Med Port, to offer a platform for marketing local products from local cooperatives, in particular to Moroccans Living Abroad (MRE).

During the months of July and August, 45 cooperatives, including several from the province of Fahs Anjra, exhibited their local products for the benefit of MREs and visitors to the port community, thus strengthening their visibility and their capacity for development.
