PROFESSIONAL INTEGRATION PLATFORM FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN KSAR AL MAJAZ

Helping young people enter the workforce and supporting local skills is of paramount importance, especially in an economic ecosystem like Tanger Med.

In 2020, a support platform was set up for young people from the Fahs Anjra province seeking employment, in accordance with a partnership agreement signed between the Tanger Med Foundation, the Fahs Anjra province, and ANAPEC.

Today, new buildings have just been delivered to accommodate the youth of Fahs Anjra in better conditions. The steering committee includes INDH, the Tanger Med Foundation, APDN, ANAPEC, OFPPT, ODECO,CRI, FRDISI

(Foundation for Research, Development, and Innovation in Science and Engineering).

The structure has seen the installation of new partners: MASEN, the Chamber of Commerce, and Industry Tangier-Tétouan-Al Hoceima.

The integration platform’s mission is to accompany young people through 3 areas:

Job Seekers” area:

-Accompaniment of young people from their registration to the creation of business plans and the setting up of professional projects.

“Intermediation for employment” area:

-Coordination between job seekers and the offers present in the labor market.

“Strengthening the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE)” area:

-Support for young self-entrepreneurs throughout the entire process of creating a project until it is financed.

Since its creation in 2020, the youth integration platform has welcomed 3193 individuals, distributed as follow :
